I contracted this company to complete a sewer to street clean out of our main line. The price was competitive, and the work was finished quickly. The funny part is the contractor then wanted to shake my hand just after putting his sewer cleaning equipment away, nice gesture, just not the best idea!!
We contracted this company to have hedge work done and some yard improvements. Lew was the lead estimator who came out to give us a competitve price estimate, then his crew completed the hedge trimming and straightening on time and budget.
This service was a bit of a donkey show and the contractor at the time was unorganized, slow, and not sure of his scope of work. He did a poor job of electrical connections and pipe matching. Not a stellar job for sure. I understand that this sub contractor has since been fired by House Smart.

I did a search to find a certified electricial contractor in the South Surrey area, and found this electician on the better business site. Alan is professional, safe, and straightforward, easy to deal with, and a no bs attitude. Great service, quick work and price just like he said it would be. Awesome experience, and have since hired him four times for various jobs. Highly recommended!!!
