My 2nd home with Trico. All the trades people/design center consultants were very helpful. Made good recommendations and know what we wanted during the process. The person who did the walk though with us was very knowledgeable, Explained the basics and maintenance of the house in a easy to understand manner.

Trico homes has been great to work with. They are very knowledgeable about their homes and have helped us to get our dream home. The home designs are beautiful and we are so happy to have chosen them. We would definitely recommend them to friends.
