We desired to convert an existing bathroom to an upstairs laundry room to make better use of the space. Mark was very professional from the moment we met him. He is likely the only contractor I will ever meet who suggested that we try to do it ourselves to save money. We realized that that wasn't an option for us for a number of reasons and pressed forward with the renovation. The job was done on time, for the estimated cost that was provided and in an impressive manner that took into account the family schedule. I was very impressed with how clean the work area was kept daily and the lack of intrusion for the family. Mark also pointed out a number of future issues we would need to deal with in our home but never once pressured us to let him do the work. While not the most elaborate of jobs, Chermark took great pride in the finished product and we have received many compilments on the new room from critical family and friends. As one family member noted, you can tell that Chermark takes great pride in their craft. I would have no hesitation considering Chermark for future projects or recommending them to others.
