During my basement renovation, I first had Butler out to get the plumbing ready for fixtures from the rough in stage. They also installed my shower surround at this time. Once my basement development was complete, they returned to install my fixtures (toilet and taps). Very good service and they stick to their timelines and quotes on both occasions. I will be using them again if needed.

Had a few quotes done but the service level provided by Mike from McKinley was top notch. He really made us comfortable with the process and what to expect. The installation crew was very professional, courteous and proficient. They were even able to fix our humidifier at no extra charge.

This company was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Not only were the prices less then other companies I researched, the parts department was helpful to make sure I was making the correct purchase and to offer advice and tips on installation. Thanks!

Having inherited an older BBQ, this location was great to help purchase parts to bring it back to life. The parts staff were very knowledgeable and willing to let me know what was needed.

Michael was very professional and punctual. He was able to fit us into his busy schedule and had a very reasonable estimate. He also tried to help fix a broken humidifier and when the faulty part was located, he let me know where to get it fixed.

We searched the city for a good quality rocking chair and in the end stopped at la-z-boy. It's hard to compete with the vast array of recliners and customizable options available. Jeri was very helpful and patient with us as we took almost a week to go back and forth with fabric samples trying to match our existing furniture. We finally settled on our dream chair and after 5 weeks, it was in our house. Amazing! The one problem I found was that the amount of fabric and leather choices was almost overwhelming. They also require a very large deposit in order to take home the samples. But in the end, we are more then happy with their service and our chair.

E-children (or west coast kids) is a beautiful store. They have everything parents or expecting parents could ask for. The problem is the staff... It is usually a hit or miss adventure on if you will get help. The staff do not have a dress code or wear any type of name badge to represent that they even work at the store. most of the staff that have helped us were very knowledgable and willing to spend the time with us (the problem is finding them). Another downfall is that they write paper receipts and order forms. It is almost impossible to read the writing and it seems there is a very limited book keeping system. I believe they do very well due to their selection and the fact that there is a very limited amount of children's boutique stores in Edmonton.

We have purchased various shrubs and trees from cannor and have had great success from them. We are always intrigued by the constant changing variety of the plants as well as the great knowledge provided by all of the staff. The last tree we purchased was a combination plum tree with 5 different varieties grafted on it. Not only would it cross pollinate with itself, it should give us plenty of different favours of plums throughout the years. Thanks cannor.

Was in the market for a premium crib mattress. Stumbled upon this store after looking at almost every other mattress company. The staff is very knowledgable and has a no pressure atmosphere. They seem to only have higher quality products and don't seem to have any of the standard cheap quality beds that the others have. Within 30 minutes they showed me all products they offered and helped me choose the "perfect" mattress. II was very happy with our purchase and the service given.
