I had Travis Grams here to fix a plumbing problem. Nice guy, nice work, but he arrived 30 min late and charged me double (work was done in 1 hour, but he charged me for 1.5 hour labour and $50 extra). I think 288.75 per hour is too expensive for such job. I need to work 30 hours to make this payment. Thank you for your response. Travis arrived at 9am and work was done at 10am. After this he slowly organized his tools, went to his car to prepare a bill for me and came back 15 min later. In my opinion this part of his job shouldn't be charge as labour. After I paid $50 for tools your employee used, $60 for dispatching - What for was $110 paid? What is exactly "labour" if tools and dispatching are paid separately? I paid extra $55 for bill preparation and his break as well. It seams to me as I paid $288.75 for one hour job. This was very good lesson for me how to order any service in the future. I hope my review will be helpful for people looking for a good service, and who does not want to overpay for that. Anyway thank you for your job and be happy!!!

I'm glad we got the kitchen sink draining properly. I'm sorry we were 1/2hr late. We are usually better than this, at least calling if necessary. We were on site for more than 1 hour, and that is why you were charged for 1.5 hours. The $50 charge is for the use of our drain augering machine which was necessary to fix your issue. I'm sorry you feel we are too expensive. Thanks for the feedback.

Had these guys come out and fix a few plumbing issues around the house - they checked, double checked, and triple checked their work, and found other leaks I wasn't aware of. These guys taking the extra few minutes to check their work probably saved me thousands in potential repairs. I'll be using them exclusively in the future.

Dan was a super friendly, professional and proficient plumber who managed to fix my brutally plugged drain while making me laugh. Water was not draining at all from our kitchen sink and he persisted and it is now draining better than ever. This is the most positive experience I have had with a plumber and no doubt, we will use Butler again!

When I phoned the who the person who answered was courteous and gave me an exact time. Travis, the plumber, showed up right on time. He explained the problem--clogged basement stack. He cleared it then tested it twice. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up his working space thoroughly.

After a near emergency with water shooting everywhere, I was pleased to have this company (referred to me by 2 independent sources) come out quickly to resolve our problem. The plumber/gas fitter, Dan, was positive, personable, conscientious, and knowledgeable. His confidence in restoring our system after the fiasco, was reassuring. He not only replaced pipes, clamps and reconfigured our double sump pump system but also willingly (in deep snow) corrected the piping outside to redirect the water further away from the house and the sump. I am impressed with this company and their professionalism. I would highly recommend them to others.

Good service. They arrived and finished the job on time. They need to replace the cast iron pipes with new plastic pipes. Water runs smoothly after but cut too many holes on the wall in my basement.
