A review for The Roof Whisperer

It's always a pleasant surprise when a contractor answers the phone, shows up on time, and gets the job done efficiently. Arthur came over and actually went up on the roof to evaluate the situation. He thoroughly explained everything, and although we are in for a full roof replacement in the next short while, he offered up a few shorter term maintenance items, including replacement of a skylight whose seal had failed. Jean efficiently processed the quote and got things underway. After signing back the quote, they showed up within a few days and got the job done efficiently. We'll be sure to call them back when its time to replace the roof.

A review for Reliable Home Comfort

Dave and his team are fantastic. I found my AC not working on Thursday evening and called Reliable Friday morning. Dave answered the phone himself and after apologizing for not being able to take any new jobs until Monday, proceeded to offer to come out over the weekend to take a look, which he did on Saturday. Dave explained that the old unit was undersized for my house, which explained why the old unit could never keep up on hotter days. Monday morning they arrived to install the new unit. It was a pretty hot day and once installed, the new unit had the house cooled down in no time flat. In summary, all the other reviews are bang on. Great and honest service at a fair price. Dave and his crew are friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend Reliable to anyone needing heating, air conditioning or water cooler repairs or service. These guys are out to please!
