All I can say is wow!! I always research the company I am going to use on Homestars before I call. I chose this company as they had the best rating and I can see why! I called and spoke with Daryl and asked him a few questions about air flow in our house. He took at least 10 minutes to explain things to me on the phone. He was able to come out in a timely manner for the service call and was very thorough and polite. He once again took the time to explain the details. He is honest, kind and they have very reasonable prices. This company can be trusted and will exceed your expectations. Thank you Daryl. We will always use your services and I have already recommended you to others. :)

This is my first time using Reliable Home Comfort and I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided me. I had them move my air conditioning unit from the back of my house to the side of the house. Jaime from Reliable Home Comfort was extremely knowledgeable and provided useful comments. Jaime and Peter were both extremely respectful of my property and cleaned all of the work areas after they were finished the job. The work was completed in an efficient manner. Jaime also explained all of the steps involved in getting the job done and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I was extremely satisfied and have asked that they quote me for another project in the future. The pricing provided was also reasonable when compared to others. Thank you Reliable Home and Comfort and more specifically Jaime and Peter for an excellent job done.

Call these guys first! After calling 10 other companies - these guys were both the most friendly and the most helpful on the phone. They were not only willing to give rough estimates for work (which is important for a first time home buyer like me) but were able to also have a business appropriate sense of humor talking to me. Happily waiting for our appointment.

On this Holiday Monday I am so thankful for Reliable Home Comfort. My hot water tank kicked the bucket just a few days ago. A large competitor was only too happy to sign me up for a 15 year term. $26/ month for 15 years!!! Doesn't make sense to me, so I went back to Rob and Daryl at Reliable Home Comfort. I previously bought my furnace from them, and they came out on a LONG WEEKEND to work steadily and install my hot water tank. They did a stellar job, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was happy. And what can I say? I am happy - with the work, the service, and price. Thanks guys!!

my furnace was red tagged by consumers gas Easter weekend so I called Reliable,As a tradesmen myself I would expect good quality work and yes !!!!!! that's what I got. Thanx to Darryl,Rob and Darren. ps they will be back when my a/c is on it's last legs ...cheers guys !!!!!

Our furnace had been on the fritz for a while making noises like it was on its last legs. It got to the point where the noise would wake up my family in the middle of the night. I finally got around to calling Reliable Home Comfort to take a look, dreading a costly replacement. Darrell showed up that same day and within minutes, isolated and fixed the problem. Condensation had built up and along with a plugged drain, motor was flooded. He was very friendly and patient explaining the problem and answering all my questions. I would have been happy to pay for his services but instead he told me to take the wife out for a nice dinner. I would definitely recommend Darrell and Reliable Home Comfort and will be going back to them for all my future heating and a/c servicing. Thanks Darrell!

My furnace wasn't working when we got up in the morning. I called and left a message for Reliable Home Comfort which was promptly returned. The technician was at my house within 2 hours. The technician was polite and was able to fix my thermostat very quickly. This company was very quick, convenient and I would recommend them to others.

Quick response to burned through heat exchanger in our furnace. Pleasant to work with and knowedgeable about the furnace and it's workings. Pretty much a complete disassembly to replace the defective hardware. Thanks guys!
