We have been dealing with Creature Comforts HVAC Inc (and their predecessor, Burlington Energy Systems) since they installed our first furnace and air conditioning units in 2004. They have been doing the annual maintenance and any HVAC repairs since then. We have always found them to be reliable and prompt. Recently, we have been dealing with Klayton, and we have found him to be professional, knowledgeable and above all courteous. We have had a couple of emergency calls, one just this morning, and they have always responded promptly, once even in the middle of a snowstorm.
