My wife heard a low whistling noise, so we arranged a service call. Helga was great, didnt mind me watching, very thorough. My wife was happy noise was gone. Very reasonable price.

I called with an issue and was promptly scheduled in for the next morning (it was not an emergency). I received a text msg that my tech was on the way, along with a photo, so I knew who to expect. Helge, our tech was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed our problem. The issue was fixed right away. Everything was left clean and the bill was surprisingly reasonable! The installation lead time was fast and the 4 certified installers, Chris, Paul, Blake & Klayton were very experienced, efficient, friendly & had a well bonded working relationship. We have been dealing with Creature Comforts HVAC Inc (and their predecessor, Burlington Energy Systems) since they installed our first furnace and air conditioning units in 2004.

They have been doing the annual maintenance and any HVAC repairs since then.

We have always found them to be reliable and prompt. Recently, we have been dealing with Klayton, and we have found him to be professional, knowledgeable and above all courteous.

We have had a couple of emergency calls, one just this morning, and they have always responded promptly, once even in the middle of a snowstorm.

I just wanted to compliment the way the Creature Comforts in general and Clayton specifically dealt with our furnace issue recently. Our furnace stopped working suddenly, it turned out that we had to replace a motor. Creature Comforts sent a technician named Clayton to fix the issue. He was very professional and yet caring from the beginning to the end (sometimes it doesn't go together as we all know). He and his colleagues at the Creature Comforts were able to ensure not only the issue is solved but it was solved even sooner than we initially were told it would be. Thank you so much! By the way, Clayton installed a humidifier at our house back in 2019, and we were also please with his work. Cheers!

We purchased our furnace/air conditioner from Burlington Energy Systems, now Creature Comforts HVAC in 2007. Their technician has come for the annual maintenance since that time. Today it was Klayton. I received an e-mail from Creature Comforts HVAC to say that he was on his way, with a photo, so knew ahead of time who was coming. I find this a very thoughtful thing to do. It shows Creature Comforts is also concerned about our safety. The service was exemplary as usual, shoes covered before going through the house, polite, friendly and of course a job well done. Through the years they have been very reliable and helpful. I feel we are in good hands.

I purchased my HVAC system through Creature Comforts in 2015. The system has operated perfectly since that time. I have Creature Comforts perform annual service on the equipment. They are always reliable and punctual and I feel extremely comfortable with their performance. I have also purchased a gas fired water heater from them and it has also met my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Creature Comforts to anyone.

Our furnace was not working on the coldest day of the year on the weekend. Creature Comforts was at our home within an hour. A new furnace was recommended. Portable heaters were given to us and were very effective. A new furnace was installed within a day. Excellent service! Recommend Creature Comforts for your hvac needs.

Excellent service - complete replacement of furnace, humidifier, filter and all ducting in less than 6 hours. Very professional and kept us informed of their progress. At the end showed us how everything worked and how to program the new thermostat and set the humidifier controls. Would gladly use their services again
