A review for Green Earth Foam Insulation Inc.

This was a great experience from beginning to end! I had first contacted Joe back in May of this year for a quote to spray foam our ceiling joists. He was very professional, prompt and courteous with our email exchanges. We were debating on proceeding with spray foaming only our ceiling joists and then installing Roxul R-22 for the walls. Once we priced it all out, the spray foam for ceiling joists and walls versus the Roxul/vapour barrier installation for the walls, it was very reasonably priced to have Joe spray foam with the Polar Foam 7300-0 for both the ceiling joists and the walls. We went with an R-20 (3.33") thickness too. He was also very helpful and provided a lot of information in order to convince the Town Inspector that this product did not require a vapour barrier overtop. Thankfully, the Inspector was very impressed with the product as well as his method of application and we passed the inspection! We HIGHLY recommend Joe and his team! The basement feels very warm and draft free. Thanks Joe & Team!!

A review for Krys Construction

We had our basement framed by another company first, unfortunately we didn't contact Krys until after the first framer was done. When we needed to change a few things, we contacted Krys and he was awesome! Very friendly, professional, easy going guy who showed up promptly to do the changes we requested. He was courteous, efficient and best of all extremely reasonably priced. He modified the existing wall, recessed another wall and changed a ceiling box to make it look 100 times better. He then came back a separate time to make a few more changes and secure our subfloor. Our only regret is that we didn't have him from the very beginning. Great guy, very fair with his pricing and I highly recommend him for your basement framing needs! You will not regret contacting him for a quote and especially for his finished product. Thanks Krys! Mark from AquaDry Technologies came over today to repair a basement wall crack which had been present for many years and had evidence of moisture and efflorescence. From the onset of dealing with him, he was extremely professional, very informative and willing to explain the procedure in detail. Customer service was excellent as he promptly returned my calls, showed up on time to give us the quote and was able to return the very next day, after we decided to go with him, to do the job. He was meticulous with his work and patient with me and my two year old, hanging around to watch him work his magic. Excellent end result and I would HIGHLY recommend him and his company to anyone who needs such a service. Plus, loved the convenience of an emailed invoice.
