A review for CSR Home Energy

I had the motor in my furnace stop working twice in 2 years and Scott from CSR was AWESOME. He provided some of the best customer service ever. When I had problems with my warranty (it had expired 30 days earlier) he called the manufacturer and spent almost an hour on the phone with them on my behalf! And when they didn't help me, he discounted my new air conditioning unit to make up for it!!

A review for CDL Carpet & Floor Centre

We wanted to buy carpet for our basement we were developing. The prices were very competitive and the install was great. Service agent could have been better though as there were many manufacturer delays and I continually had to contact them for the status. I also got a great deal on a very unique hardwood floor product.
