Called them and said the line to the septic tank was froze. (It has happened before). They sent out a truck Friday afternoon and did not have the right equipment for a frozen line. The guy said he would be back first thing monday morning. Monday noon he shows up and frees the line $730 later.

I had the top of the line water softener installed 2-3 months ago. The water is quite a bit softer. I was attracted to the unit because of its remote features that give you salt and regeneration information. I can bybass the unit with the push of a few buttons from the remote. As far as I know its the only unit on the market that has those features.

Our builders sub did the insulation in the house. We were getting frost spots on the ceilings when it was really cold -30c. Bim from Ideal inspected there job. There were low spots, areas that no insulation like around the chimney and the crest of the vaulted ceilings. They repaired all the mistakes and upgraded to an R40. Job well done ! Thanks

Living out in Lyalta can get really windy. This past winter we had gusts up to 140km/hr. Most of the houses in the area had a lot of shingles blown off. Not our roof done by Versatile! Great job.
