Mark (owner) came out himself, did a very thorough inspection of the area that he would be working with, as well as the product he would be working with, as I had supplied my own carpet, under padding etc. He was prompt, polite, and had many suggestions as to what I might do to get the best possible final product. (IE. levelling the concrete slab, filling gaps in the stairs and painting in certain areas pre installation.) He was also willing to do most of this work himself for an associated cost. But as I was trying to save money, he went through and spent the time with me to go over where and what I might do in order to accomplish some cost savings. The gentleman that came out to complete the work on day of, was also very professional and friendly. Had no problem answering my many questions and explaining the process. The job was finished in a very reasonable time frame, and the end product exceeded my expectations. WELL DONE! Would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Great sales guy in Keith, answered all my questions and was available even after he'd given me the initial quote to answer some further questions I had. Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The 2 guys that did the bulk of the work were Excellent workers, included me in the process and explained as they went. There were a few considerations I had related to other current and future projects that I had on the go and they were more than willing to make suggestions, alter their intentions and work with me so that thefinal product fit my needs exactly. They were very friendly, arrived on time, stayed late to finish ahead of schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional job. Would absolutely reccommend Clarke Basements and specifically Lucio and Efraen. Great Job! I am very happy with my clean and dry basement.
