We are delighted with our railings: they add a classic flare, yet still work with the style of the house. Our communications from the company were all prompt; the price was in line with other estimates (and seemed worth it for the individual care); the installers were very courteous. The process took a week or two longer than expected, but my enquiries were met with updates from Alex on the progress--and we are very pleased with the outcome. Thanks to all.

I was very pleased with their manner and promptness. They worked hard, and left very little trace afterward. Initially, there was some confusion over the amount placed on my credit card (due to a change on the invoice) but this matter was taken seriously and was immediately sorted out; and in general, before and after the job, I found the customer service to be very good. The pricing seemed reasonable, and I like the eco-friendly side of the insulation!

Our own attempt to unhook our old dishwaher resulted in a broken pipe and minor flood. Within an hour of our call to Mr Rooter, John Dima came to our door and quickly assessed the problem. We appreciated his knowledge, promptness, and calm manner (on this and the following day). Thanks, John!
