Diagnostics re power surges--Excellent help!
Excellent service--professional, competent, quick response. Heard from them within hour of placing request on their website; same-day service; tested electrical supply and confirmed that furnace igniter problem was not due to power surges. Genelle, Nasser & Steven were excellent to deal with--very clear about what they could do re diagnostics, and also about what they would do--very reliable, informative and pleasant. Later that afternoon they gave me quotes on further work I asked about. Will hire them for future work. Very impressed.
