Stan-the-Fixit-Man

We've hired Stan a few times over the past two years and have been pretty satisfied. Our biggest job was doing a thorough pressure cleaning of our wooden front porch, which was looking quite worn. He works quickly, and is easy to get along with, and honest (hard to find these days).

Stan came over and fixed a window that would not stay open, a broken doorknob /latch, and a broken door sill. We enjoyed his presence in the house so much, and he is a very committed environmentalist, so he reuses as much as possible.
