From initial in-house consultation to the cleaning after the installation everything was very professional. Price was good, the salesperson explained all the options very clearly and even suggested something we never had though about. The new windows look amazing and are much warmer now. Thank you guys. Our neighbour installed his front door last year and it was spectacular. This year me and my husband decided it was time for a new door for us. Our old door looked very dated, would not lock properly anymore and was icing in the winter between the door and the frame. Our neighbour spoke highly of Northview and we decided to give them the order. Doors are not cheap these days, but it was well worth it. Sales representative was very helpful in choosing our door. In fact, with so many options available, we felt that we designed our own door. It took about three months from start to finish, but we were told that it would take about that time since everything is custom made. Installation was completed in one day and was very professional. Now our neighbour is not the only one on our street with a show off door. And the other neigbours are now asking where we got our door. Hightly reccomend this outfit, just be ready to wait for manufacturing as it is not an overnight project.

Just a heads up to homeowners! Do not use Northview Windows! We used them to replace the windows in our home and it was truly a nightmare! During the installation process they destroyed our $2000.00 patio table and damaged walls and doors. We now have a window with a failed seal and they do not return calls to honour their warranty. They will also tell you that they manufacture their own windows and they do not.

Signed contract for new entrance door with installation, size 95"x42" Specified in the contract and drawings. North view manufactured door 12" shorter. Error on North View
The owner Andrey refused to provide door as specified, refused to return deposit $1,500.00. Offered one day "deal" to pay additional $1,000.00 to provide door as ordered and hang phone on me.
No response to register letter and emails.

Needed to get basement windows installed. Sales person assured me that I could get what I needed and that my deck will not get in the way. Installer told me he cannot put silicone around one of the windows unless the deck is removed, and he also couldn't apply the foam properly to another window due to the drywall (area being finished).

This was not a pleasant experience, and I am still left with my window issues with worry now the window will possibly leak.

From start to finish this company is amazing! Sat with us and helped us with choosing our door and every security feature! This door is amazing, the owner Andrey is such a nice person who took time when helping us with our door. This process was smooth from beginning to end. Our door is more than amazing! It has added curb appeal to our home! Thank you Northview !

Window cracked shortly after being installed. Called, emailed and nobody has done anything about it. They do not stand by their product and the warranty is useless. Black line over the top of the chimney of neighbours house is the crack. There now is a second crack as well.

We were extremely pleased with our new windows from Northview. We got them installed earlier than expected which was great! The installers respected the house which was awesome because we have carpet and they took every care to minimize the mess! I would definitely recommend this company.

Our original window was over over forty years old and leaking air. We are a retired couple and decided we would not replace it with another economy type window. We wanted one that would look good and be energy efficient. I think we surprised the telemarketer for Northview Windows and Doors that called us when we requesting he send over the estimator right away. Their Estimator was very professional and made sure we understood the process, prices and quality of the window we would be getting. The date of order to the final install was a very satisfactory time frame. The installers were polite and excellent at their trade. They also took pride in having a clean and neat install area and made sure they left the area clean and neat when they had finished the install.
