I always know I can find anything I need for arts and crafts supplies at Michael's. The complaint I have is in the presentation: items are packed in and sometimes is looks pretty sloppy in the store. Additionally, it is hard to find a sales person to help locate items.

Everything really is at Michael's--everything I've ever needed for improving the look of our house. Christmas decorations, craft projects--I was looking for a specific type of wire for strining glass beads and I found one of the staff that was there and she showed me where the selection was. She then talked with me about which wire would work best for my project--very knowledgable and helpful.

I went to Michael's Arts and Crafts to get wooden numbers and paint for painting a custom home number for my house. The store was full of clearance materials--this was after Christmas--and everything was disorganized. I had specific questions about paint but could not find a clerk anywhere, even when I went to the cashier. I finally found a clerk to help, and she was wonderful. I bought the needed items, but wish there had been more staff present to assist customers.

A special painting had a glass break so it was taken to Michaels because they were having a 50% discount. The frame was originally done by a small picture shop that I assumed would do a good job. The Michaels serviceperson clearly knew his job and showed evidence to indicate that inferior material was ruining the picture. Thank you Michaels for your advice and suggestions that saved my picture!
