We have no reservations about recommending Midnight Sun Renovations, a one man company, to anyone considering a bathroom update. He renovated our master bathroom in 2019 and replaced the floor tiles in the other two bathrooms in 2021. He was easy to talk to about our ideas for the reno, and he was able to make several suggestions about different options to choose from. His estimate was very complete and he stuck to his quote. He made very detailed notes about the scope of the work and the completed project was exactly as we had envisioned. He left the job site very clean, in fact, while using the children's bathroom to wash his hands, he noticed that the sink was draining slowly and he unclogged it for us! We were so satisfied with his work ethic and professionalism on the master bedroom renovation, that we engaged him to update the other two bathrooms in the house, which he completed on budget and to a very high standard.
