Sergey from Appliance Direct was so great to work with. He wa able to install my dishwasher on last minute notice. He did an excellent job and we couldnt be happier. We highly recommend Sergey and Appliance Direct.

Had an emergency situation with my dishwasher spilling out water even though it wasnt running.
Called Sergi with appliance repair direct and sergi came as soon as he could. Diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. Amazing knowledge of appliances and very friendly. Would highly recommend

Have consistently used Appliance Repair direct for my appliances and can only say that the technician always been professional, courteous, on time, and very open to serve well.
Pricing is fair and the repairs performed were done to last.
Will continue to use this company as we have a few properties and appliances will need attention at some point.

Very happy with the service from Appliance Repair Direct. I had a problem with one of my ovens at one of my rental properties and Sergei answered my call on a Sunday and had someone there to fix the issue by Tuesday. He made this whole problem of mine very easy and stress free and his price is very reasonable. Would definitely call Appliance Repair Direct again for any future issues.
