My front door was getting progressively harder to open when unlocked. Duct taping the latch didn't work. It got to the point that I had to get the fire department to let me in to my own house.

Sized up the situation quickly as the need for a new latch. Not having one he quickly went out and purchased one just before his supplier's closing time. He then quickly and efficiently installed it.
Throughout he proved courteous, friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I wouln't hesitate to hire him, if need arose, and recommend him highly.
