I had Mike from Arctera come out to look at a leak from a roof installed by another vendor 4 years ago. He was extremely efficient and professional. He dealt with our issue and corrected some other issues that he noticed. He did not criticize the work of the other vendor unduly which I really appreciated. He left us with a sense that all was good again.
