Silveira Plumbing & Drainage

Called Steven to fix our plumbing problem, as he was recommended by a friend. We had a drain line that needed servicing in the basement, which was clogged and did not drain fast enough, as water was backing up whenever we flushed a large amount of water from the bathtub upstairs and when the washing machine was in use.

Although Steven was late for our morning appointment, (he had to pick up an urgent emergency call earlier in the morning), he was kind enough to knock off $100 from the bill because of it. He solved our plumbing problem, was very skillful, and had all the tools to do the job well. He's a great guy, and I would recommend him to anyone else looking for a great plumber!
