After dealing with multiple contractors for renovations over years, if there was one person I could have left my entire house for renovation is no other than Arash. Our project was over looked and completed by Arash while we were away from Canada.

His level of commitment and professionalism to our project has been absolute commendable. He passion is reflected in every detail of our home renovation. After seeing our before and after of our home I had nothing but tears of joy.

When we began looking for a contractor for our home renovation, our priority was reliability. We had known numerous people who had suffered because of uncommunicative and neglectful contractors, and we wanted to be certain to avoid this for our project.

Arash is very reliable. We could not have asked for better.

He answered our calls, texts, and emails day and night. He continued to check in and be available throughout the process, including after the renovation was complete and the final payment had been made. He was regularly at the job site and working closely with the sub-contractors. It was very apparent that Arash genuinely cared about the quality of his product and the satisfaction of his clients.

Arash is also very flexible. We were making numerous textile and design decisions as the project was underway, and he was always willing to adapt and get creative to accommodate our changes. He also approached us with innovative ideas to improve our design. One example of this was when he came to us with a new design idea for our roof, which included a more modern roofline and four additional windows. This change completely transformed our home for the better, adding openness, light, and uniqueness. Our home feels like a work of art.

The project was also on budget. We agreed upon a price at the beginning, and Arash honoured that price. Costs were only added when our new concepts / upgrades exceeded the scope of the original contract.

We also have to commend Arash for his commitment to quality workmanship. The final product is pristine and high-end. As is the case in any renovation, there were some hiccups along the way. But in these rare instances, Arash would be at the house the next day with a team of people to fix the issue and make the product perfect.

We are thrilled with our newly renovated home, and we are so grateful that we chose to work with Arash.

After interviewing with multiple builders and companies to consider for our project, My Prestigious Home Ltd ( Arash ) was the prominent option and now at the end of this project I am happy to report that it was a great choice.

Arash and his professional crew demonstrated exceptional work ethic and worked tirelessly in each step of this project.

Although we ended up having multiple revisions to the original plan it was Arash who navigated us through all challenges and helped us achieve the best results.

Without his guidance and expertise everything would become much more complicated and it would have cost us a lot more to finish the project.

Arash did an excellent job as general contractor for the second storey addition above my garage. He was professional and very organized and had to deal with many COVID related delays yet still pushed the project forward and completed the job within a very good timeframe, considering how challenging COVID has made things. He was by far the best contractor that I have worked with and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a construction project.

We hired Arash from my prestigious home last summer for renovating the house we live in, he did such an amazing job that we have since then hired him for two more investment properties. Hes very professional and gave us great ideas to improve our house on small budget. He is renovating a rental property for us right now and he gave us an idea to remove a load bearing wall witch made a huge difference in the space and functionality of the house. We had previously had very bad experiences with contractors but arash was very honest and a gentleman.

We hired Arash and company to do a a major reno of our entire house with addition of new bathrooms and reconfiguration of all the rooms about 8 years ago. They were extremely professional right from the get go. A perfect execution with a one stop shop for planning, design and architecture while keeping our requirements in focus from start to end. Communication was key during the overall renovation and they were cognizant of our tight timelines. We loved their design and the quality of workmanship as it has successfully stood the time test after all these years. We have not had any issues with their work which speaks a lot about the quality of work. Compliments from friends and family haven't stopped even after all these years. Not only we would use their services again but we have already recommended them to several friends. They are simply awesome!
