Carval Contracting Inc. did a poor quality job. They always ask a big down payment, they want to be paid first before they even starts the job, and do not fix their work if it is bad.
They will tell you (Carlos or Melissa) "when you go to the grocery store you have to pay upfront....".
Construction is not a grocery that you see the quality/finish product. You don't know yet what you will be getting. Worst case, it will be a rework and it cost more to fix it.
If you are planning to hire Carval COntracting Inc. for any construction work, never pay upfront and make sure you have a very detailed scope of work written by a construction lawyer.
Do not believe in the pictures that they will show you in instagram. Ask at least five referrals from their previous clients and meet them in person and see the work and the invoice to verify that they are the one who did the job.
DO NOT hire Carval Contracting Inc. so that you will not experience the same nightmare that I had. Google the contractor's reviews, search reviews online, that's how I found the contractor that fix Carval Contracting Inc. bad job.
