Wallbank Home Inspection was a wonderful, enlightening and knowledgeable service - and one that was absolutely necessary for all new home owners. Kevin was polite, insightful, sympathetic and flexible with helping me understand the nuanced details of electrical, plumbing, insulation, HVAC, and many more items. It was sobering look at the build and construction of the biggest asset I've purchased and he's site visit was worth every penny. He took the time to speak my language, repeating the important parts of what I needed to know and watch out for, and even took the pictures I need to upload to Tarion. I would not only use Kevin and his team again if I had to, I'll be recommending him to my friends and family anytime they have a new home
