I was desperate to do the work in my house because of the weather - rain and snow. I didn't want to wait so IMRoofing responded right away. HIs was very professional and very caring. I am very pleased with the work. Finally the work is done, I can sleep confident and worry free.

IM Roofing did a very professional job in all aspects of installing my new roofing system. When Younes arrived to give me a proposal, he thoroughly inspected the existing roof, and pointed out deficiencies in it. We talked about venting, underlayments etc. When he was on the roof, he noticed some soft spots, and let me know up-front that some boards would likely need to be changed. The price wasn't the lowest, but it wasn't the highest either. More than price, it was the feeling of confidence I got when talking with Younes, that convinced me that he was the right choice. My roof, although small, wasn't the simplest. It had skylights, special vents, plumbing and electrical penetrations and fireplace chimney that all got new flashing.
I also had a ridge vent system installed. Younes used all the correct parts for skylight flashings, starter course, vents, underlayments etc.
The crew at IM Roofing was very friendly and polite. All my decks, gardens and windows were protected, and cleanup was very thorough.
All in all, working with IM Roofing was a pleasurable experience. Now when the skies turn dark and the wind whips up, I can sit back and enjoy.

This past summer ( 2023 ) IM ROOFING replaced my roof. After discussing with Younes - type of shingle, venting, colour, etc. - I was confident the job was going to be done well. Lending to my assurance - was that they came highly recommended. I wasn't mistaken as they did a very good job - for a fair price.
The workers were knowledgeable and polite - and I was impressed with the clean-up.

I needed to replace my shingles on my 16 year old two storey home. I asked around for referrals and got three roofing companies. Younes was the only roofer out of the three who I called who came to my property for quotes who climbed on top of my roof to inspect the roof. He also went into my attic. I had a leak and shingles that had blown off over the years from windstorms. Although I had replaced the shingles it was time to replace the roof. Younes was the most honest and gave me the best quote for the exact same shingle as I had requested the other companies to give. His team was professional, tidy and efficient. I highly recommend IM Roofing because he did the job right, guaranteed his work and was straight up with his suggestions. Some big corporate Ontario wide companies have the flashy uniforms and logo cars but in the end they are the priciest. Other companies who did estimates only did a walk about on the ground around the home , one climbed half way up the roof but IM Roofing was the only one who won me over because they climbed up on the roof to inspect it before giving me the quote. Makes sense and cents for a roofer to go on a roof before doing an estimate. IM Roofing is who I recommend hands down.

Of the three quotes received, IM Roofing provided the most detailed. It also included photos of the work required. The quoted cost was also the most affordable all while providing the best materials (I did my own research on the quality of the materials). Younes was very patient with us through the process as we had many questions. The job came in on time and there were no added costs. When completed, photos were provided to show the work in progress and showing the completed job. Younes and his team did an outstanding job! I wish all contractors and tradesmen were as good as this team!

They did it right went the extra steps to insure quality protected the flower beds lawn and cleaned up everything including using magnets to remove old nails. I have recommended IM roofing to clients and friends
