Ravi was great. He snaked our sink twice just to be sure because he felt unsatisfied after the first time even though the sink was draining. I appreciated the extra care Ravi put in and all his advice. I will definitely call him back for any other plumbing needs.

Ravi paid great attention to detail and gave us direction and guidance to contact the city . The problem was discovered o be on the city property and the pipe was replaced. Our problem was fixed and Ravi followed up to make sure we were safe and happy.
