I saw a minor water leak coming behind a foundation wall in the furnace room.
I called Mr. ravi because I thought it was a drain problem, in less than 3hours he was at the door. He tried to investigate the situation, made 2 small wholes in drywall to find the problem and problem found, it was a leaking water pipe and not drain. Pipe was in a very tight tight tight place and to reach to it it took Mr. Ravi loads of patience
It took him 2 hours to do the job because was very detailed job. Bottom line, this company is an amazing polite, attentive to details, clean
