Victoria Windows and Doors

Our octagon shaped window was collecting water between the panels. Vlad responded quickly and came by the next day to start the job. Excellent work and great communication. Very professional service.

The sliding door off our kitchen had to be replaced (lost its seal) After putting out the call on HomeStars, we were contacted Victoria Windows and Doors within hours of posting.

A home visit was scheduled and upon arrival, Vlad reviewed our situation, provided a reasonable quote and let us know when he expected the door to be available. When it came time for installation, he provided us with a date and time and arrived as scheduled. The old door was removed and replaced within 2 hours and Vlad and his colleague cleaned up any mess. Very pleased with the service and would hire again.

We had eight drafty old windows and a sliding door replaced by Victoria Windows. The pricing was very competitive with other companies that gave quotes. Vlad (estimator/installer) was very diligent with his measuring of the existing openings to make sure the new vinyl windows fit perfectly. We had a beautiful picture window added and Vlad was very patient in getting it exactly as we wanted.
The work also included caulking all the existing windows by removing all the frames and re-caulking to ensure all windows were airtight and then attaching all the frames back.
When the team arrived they took care in getting the work done and did a great job cleaning up. Thanks to Vlad and his crew who worked pleasantly and efficiently in cold, cold weather. The windows were tested for correct operation, ensured were an airtight fit and the glass was cleaned.
Vlad and his crew did an excellent job....I was very impressed. Overall a great experience working with Victoria Windows and I would highly recommend them.
