Lui and team came last fall to winterize my in ground sprinkler system and to start it up again this spring. His team was on time, friendly and checked each sprinkler head to make sure there was working as expected with no debris stuck and that the coverage area is as I expected.

Overall, his proactiveness in reaching out to schedule the services was certainly appreciated as it shows he cares about his customers. Will definitely continue with his services and would certainly recommended if asked.

They were very cooperative in arranging an early opening for me. The technician Wael they sent out was so courtesy and professional. He respected the covid boundaries, but was friendly.
