Really Poor Service and follow up

I had my full kitchen, all bathroom vanities and custom closets built and installed by Highcraft Construction. The quality of work was great, the attention to detail was not, a lot of the measurements were wrong and they had committed to lifetime service. Now 5 years later, when I contact them to add drawers in the kitchen or to find the transformer in the vanity, they dont respond and are RUDE!
