Landscape Contractors & Designers review in

This company was hired to design a back yard deck that would comply with the local by-laws as well as the general building code for Ontario.
The design included a 2 level deck, (to allow for the slope away from the house) and a step down from the sliding doors.
While the deck build was in progress, it was discovered the lower level would be too close to the ground and NOT comply with the necessary clearance height. As a result, the deck design had to be changed while the work was in progress!
I sent an email dated 23 April 2024 to Mati of the Permitguys, to make him aware of the above facts and to date, have not received a response. He has NOT acknowledged my request for a final invoice showing I have paid in full.
