I phoned to inquire about Refrigerator/Freezer issue & potential cost to repair (Fridge area not 'cold' enough and Freezer space below 'freezing' temperature & not making ice) Technician (David) was VERY helpful & informative to offer troubleshooting tips and was HONEST enough to advise that due to the age of Appliance (over 10 Yrs), it would likely be very expensive and NOT cost-effective to repair/replace compressor and/or any other components that may have been faulty. While he could have easily come to service our Refrigerator/Freezer, and charged us for parts & labour, he recommended we dispose of our current unit (as other issues could arise in future due to age) and invest in purchasing a NEW Appliance with Warranty to ensure at least a few years of worry-free performance and ownership. His HONESTY and advice with OUR best interests in mind were much appreciated and we did purchase a NEW (similar model) French Door Refrigerator/Freezer
HONESTY & integrity are paramount for Customer/Client trust! I would highly recommend this company based on the advice I received (even though it meant a 'loss' of business for company in this particular situation) Thank you David for your professional & knowledgeable opinion! You probably saved us alot of frustration and $$$ to suggest we buy NEW :))
