Pool Doctors

Booked opening in early march for a May pool opening. Day of did not show up, call or email. At 5 pm I called to learn they would have to reschedule which was not bothered by terribly. Next day thought we would be earlier since cancelled. They came at 5 pm following day. They took cover off, did not drain below skimmer so we had to pump out ourselves, I assume they did add chemicals but you could not tell as no notes, containers to advise what was done, pool was still green (and for 3 days after) til we went to pool store for testing and to understand what we needed to add. Opening also includes hose down deck perimeter which was also not done. Called and emailed to ask questions without a response
