We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom. Alex diagnosed the problem, gave us recommended solutions and executed our desired approach quickly and on budget. He did not pressure us to go with the more expensive option (though that was our decision in the end) and was patient with us. He explained clearly the problem and keep the area clean while he worked.
