Spray Net Ontario

In 2017 we had Spray Net paint the aluminum siding in our house. They did a great job and the house looked like new. However in 2019 we noticed some minor bubbling and contacted Spray Net. Then again in 2020 I followed up. Then again in 2022 I followed up. I was told they couldnt do it that year but would in 2023. I got a call in spring 2023 from the local Spray Net person saying he couldnt do it until later in the season. Later in the season when I hadnt heard from him I left several messages which werent returned. Again in 2024 I left the same person several messages but my calls are not returned.

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Spray Net for the refreshed look for our siding, BUT their follow ups on warranty leaves much to be desired.

We had our garage doors painted a few years ago and we are already on our second warranty claim. The paint chips and peels and does not last. I filed my most recent warranty claim in May 2023 and the company has yet to address my concerns. Extremely poor customer service. Save yourself the headache and do not use this company.

Great team and very efficient. Melody came out to give a quote and we had the team come out - as we have a large house it took 3 days to complete. We could not be happier with the slate grey colour. It looks a totally different house. So many neighbours have had very positive comments. Very pleased with timing from quote to finished product.

Spray Net came to my house in the summer of 2018. Everything was great until 2022, when I noticed peeling. I contacted them immediately, and submitted the claim form along with pictures. I received an email stating that they would get back to me with the next steps, and no one ever did.
I called again this spring, they told me that someone would call within 2 weeks, no one ever did.
I called back again, they told me that because it was a year or so since I submitted my claim that they couldn't see it on the system - that I should submit a new claim with pictures. Which I did, and received another email stating that they would be back to me in 2 to 4 weeks. No one ever reached out.
Today I called and they have now given me another email address to send my issue to.
I have never experienced such brutal customer service in my life. It has been a year since I began this task of trying to get them to honour the warranty that they advertise for their product and I am no closer to getting this issue resolved than when I stated it 1 year ago.

From the first email to the last, everything was easy! Marc was very quick to reply to my many questions and very thorough when explaining. The guys that came to our house to take the doors for spraying were quick, efficient and friendly, Lyle was our main contact and he was great! They too were thorough at explaining and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. We are very happy with the results and cant wait to finish the rest of the kitchen, its totally transformed the feel of the kitchen already!

Very uncaring contractor. Also changed the price at the end of day with no change in scope. Very shady business. Overall, they did what they said they did despite the overcharge at the end. Was it an amazing transformation. Definitely not. Would I recommend them. Never.

The process was smooth and professional from the original quote to the two days the team took to transform the look of our home. Virtually every square inch of the exterior of our house was sprayed, brick, siding, soffits and eavestroughs and even the downspouts. The results are amazing!

We had our porous front brick sprayed on the main floor front and 2nd storey aluminum coated on all 4 sides. Extremely happy with the outcome and beyond impressed by the prep work performed by Mario and his crew including his crew chief who did the walk around with me before and after the job. I have worked on a National level with paint contractors before and I would guess north of 500 paint companies on and off job sites. NOT ONE of them masked off with the care that Spray-Net did on our job. I actually took photos but can not seem to upload them in the review.
I was prepared to pay a premium price due to the technology of the coatings alone but their prep work is way undersold. It was a low pressure sales pitch and well worth the cost difference between traditional paint and paint contractors.

200% recommend Spray-Net to anyone considering changing the exterior of their home.

I can't begin to express how impressive this crew were! They arrived and set to work immediately. A team of worker bees had descended and were busy covering doors, windows, etc with plastic and paper over anything not being painted. I felt I was witnessing an incredible display of teamwork in action. Each person had a job to do as part of that team and got to it. They still had time to laugh and kibbutz along the way. After approximately 5 hours (I thought it would take all day) the job was beautifully complete and not a scrap of debris anywhere! It was obvious to me that this particular crew love what they are doing and have a huge commitment to doing a project to the best of their abilities! Can't sing my praises loud enough!
