Indeed my husband and I were faced to get a new washer and dryer. After doing some homework, I visited Strongman Appliances and talked to, I believe, Orville or Oville. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the whole process was refreshing and smooth during our challenging renovation. I would definitely would like applaud him for his professionalism and sense of sincerely help. Everything was nicely arranged quick pick and most importantly efficient and quick responsive.

I would definitely recommend Strong Man to my friends and family! One of the best services I have received. And compliments to the whole team, especially, during our tough times Covid-19.

Bought a fridge and range hood from Strongman. After remodelling my rental property with the dimensions of the range hood in mind (it was non-standard), I installed the range hood only to find that it didn’t work. After a bunch of back and forth with Strongman he finally gave me my money back. A couple months later the fridge stopped working. I asked Strongman to take a look at it and he strung me along for days saying he would look at it, all the while my tenant had no fridge. Ultimately I hired another technician to fix the fridge and they told me that the repairs done to the fridge by Strongman were completely illegal and should never have been done! Despite several phone calls and texts where Strongman promises to make it right, he never did. Just ignored my calls and stopped responding to my texts. Quite frankly this company is super shady and completely untrustworthy. Once they have your money do not expect any kind of customer service. The only advice I can give is STAY AWAY!!!!

Great talkers and terrible service. Nothing that I purchased was actually what was delivered except for one piece that doesn’t work. They tried to fix it and the only reason they did try was after I contacted the BBB as they wouldn’t return any of my phone calls for months and gave me the runaround. . Bought 4 appliances, one custom ordered brand new stovetop, kept calling them for months asking about it and one excuse after another. Finally they show up with a used one and wouldn’t refund the difference nor does it work properly. All in all, out 10k and a hard lesson learned

Bought a 36" BOSH integrated fridge, initially considered a good deal (3500$ vs 10k brand new). It never worked properly, after few months stopped working. For more than a year I tried to convince Strongman to fix it. When finally he came over, I realized he knows nothing about how to fix an appliance. I contacted BOSH and realized that the fridge had the serial and data tag scrapped and BOSH technician could not fix it (or did not want to). I had to remove the fridge and redo the whole kitchen as it was integrated in the furniture already. Do not trust and stay away from this guy. If you ever buy something, make sure the item is complete, has the label and serial number on it and works properly.

Wife purchased a large wine cooler, took them 6 weeks to deliver and it's never worked. They don't return phone calls or e-mails. Even charged us for delivery and then driver asked for payment. Terrible customer service.

They were recommended by our designer. I would never shop there ever. We bought our appliances in March, only now are we finally getting some in. They sell you the appliances and then when your not looking will sell yours again to someone else. It has taken months to find our appliances, and had to resort to different ones in order to get our kitchen finished. They offered a refund for one fridge, but we are still in shock from all the stress. Your not saving any money go elsewhere for good customer service and honest business

My fridge recently just stop working it wasn't cooling at all and I was referred by my friend to hired strongman appliances to fix my fridge. They sent their technician Shawn out he was a life saver he fix my fridge the same day and he didn't charge me much. 5 star for the tech service thanks Shawn !

AFTER ASKING A PROFESSIONAL TO COME IN AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON REFURNISHING MY KITCHEN ( FRIDGE ,STOVE, MICROWAVE / WALL OVEN COMBO, HOOD FAN AND DISHWASHER) I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD COST ME $30,000.00.
A FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT STRONGMAN APPLIANCES AND I WENT TO COMPARE PRICES.
I GOT THE EXACT GE APPLIANCES I WANTED AT A MUCH CHEAPER PRICE. THEY WERE SLIGHTLY USED BUT AFTER THE STAFF FIXED AND CLEANED THEM UP THE WERE AS GOOD AS NEW AND AT A PRICE THAT WAS WAY BELOW THE ESTIMATE THE CONTRACTOR HAD QUOTED.

I SAVED $25,000.00 AND I AM HAPPY WITH MY APPLIANCES.
JUST AS I WAS RECOMMENDED TO STRONGMAN APPLIANCES I WILL BE CONFIDENT TO RECOMMEND THEIR GOODS AND SERVICES TO ANYONE.

Don’t be intimidated by the name or entering the place for the first time! I purchased a fridge for my condo and I got a great deal on it. They even threw in a hood fan for me the fridge works great! the delivery guys were awesome. Definitely a 5 star for me

I bought a fridge that didn't work upon delivery. I tried to contact strongman but was given the run around. When I went back to his store, he promised to deliver a new fridge a week later, however, didn't come through. We left multiple messages with no response. Finally, we went back to the store and he said he would deliver a new fridge ( exact same model as we had paid for) that night. When he sent his staff, they tried to deliver a fridge that was worth half of what we paid. It's been 7 month and we still don't have a fridge. We will now been taking them to small claims court in an attempt to get our $3000 back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
