Pete The Painter

Was quoted 2.9k for main floor, paid 800 for paint, 3 days after work started painter had done 3 rooms out of 7 then give me a bill for 2050.00 for the remaining rooms, saying it was double the work because of colours. Concerns at original inspection were never addressed by painter, like chipping away old paint and smoothing over drywall, painting started without these being done and we were told it can't be fixed and the sofa is in front of it anyway.
