From start to finish, a great experience with Big City Windows and Doors. Igor was most helpful in guiding us through the selection process and the results are bang on. Everything was done on time and as promised. What struck me the most was the attention to detail during the installation process. The existing trims were carefully removed and the doors removed while cleaning up as they went. New doors installed with level precision and double checked before finalizing. Foam insulation carefully applied to ensure all cavities filled. Trims re-installed and caulking inside and out with attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up and installer showed me the doors functions ensuring I was comfortable with everything.
