This is our second home and our first inspection by Lyall. He was courteous and professional while honest and thorough. The things he discovered both reassured us of areas we thought to potentially be problematic while also saving us thousands when we negotiated price (we inspected prior to purchase negotiations). Lyall had all the tools you would dream of and was able to provide a generalized personal opinion accompanied by what type of contractor to consult in order to get a professional answer.
