Advanced Home Inspections

I purchased my first home last week and had a home inspection on Sunday. Great service with Lyall Coburn from Advanced Home Inspections. He was available the very same week. I received a confirmation of the appointment by email with details of what to expect. The day of the inspection, he was very helpful in explaining how the process was going to work and it was very easy to understand the report which was received the very same day.
