Time and report far exceeded the cost of the service. Kirk arrived early and went to work right away. He is polite, professional, thorough and takes the time to explain. Kirk's report came within the same day of the inspection (great for when purchasing a home) and it was 56 pages long. The detail along with pictures make it hard to refute during price negotiations. We will definitely use and strongly recommend Kirk again. For the small price of an inspection, we saved a half-million dollars on a house that was going to take another $100k + to fix.
