We had a Rinnai's tankless water heater two years ago through Rick / About Comfort Air Inc.
It was a good experience from the beginning to the end.
He answered to all our questions professionally and help us to choose one, which was just right to our needs.
The heat works great and enjoying the free space of our small basement and convenience of never run out of hot water. We appreciated more so when we lost power for 7 days during ice storm in December, 2013, being able to use hot water right away by connecting the heater to generator.

I had to admit I suspected all contractors as lots of my friends warned me with too much overpromising but under-delivering stories . However after a round of meeting with couple of contractors candidate, Rick , the owner of About Air Inc impressed me a lot and He was chosen to get the job done.

The result is much more than satisfaction. Rick and his assistant spent half days on installation and get the work done neatly and nicely. Now this furnace has worked out well for last 7 month and we feel pretty lucky to get such a friendly and honest contractor to help us .
