An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had a Rinnai's tankless water heater two years ago through Rick / About Comfort Air Inc. It was a good experience from the beginning to the end. He answered to all our questions professionally and help us to choose one, which was just right to our needs. The heat works great and enjoying the free space of our small basement and convenience of never run out of hot water. We appreciated more so when we lost power for 7 days during ice storm in December, 2013, being able to use hot water right away by connecting the heater to generator.
