If you are looking for a home renovator DO NOT use DHC Reno, they are terrible!!! The workmanship is beyond shoddy, they do not follow the schedule as outlined in the contract, they do not provide any kind of documentation for materials beyond the scope of the contract, they do not take out the correct permits and the trades working for DHC Reno are either unqualified and most likely unlicenced especially as it relates to electrical work. You will have nothing but grief if you use this company.

Its unfortunate when an agreement comes to this kind response.DHC RENO signed a renovation agreement which includes a Dispute Resolution process and the use of licensed trades such as electrical contractor. DHC RENO had no other option than to pull out after non payment by homeowner and failure to agree to Dispute Resolution process.This is a breach of contract.After almost 5 months we are still unable to collect and resolve outstanding balance owing by homeowner.DHC RENO would never at anytime use unlicensed electrician as suggested above,We have used DEMIRO ELECTRIC INC exclusively for msny years with very good results.I can now appreciate mental health issues played a big part with how this job ended.We had an agreement for change orders and all documentation to support 15 k materials and labour.Client was upset that job went over estimated time ,but to be fair 6 weeks of change orders will do this and we even charged time rather than time + half.I trusted this woman and she almost bankrupted me and refused to meet for dispute resution.She held all the cards so her refusal to meet meant my time to lien her property ran out.She knows how to use the system which even after contract was signed I couldn't even contact her as she called police and pressed harassment charges. Just a bad nightmare from a sick person.
