I have been using this company for two of my properties off and on for a few years. I had a furnace issue and called their 24hrs emergency line, no answer and no call back at all going two days later.

Went with another company who opened the furnace Equal Air had "serviced' only two months ago. Had a major, and clearly longstanding, water leak, also was full of dirt and dust. The new company showed me the dirt and water, said it looked like it had not been serviced in several years. I checked the other furnace at a second location serviced the same time, once gain full of dust and dirt. Complete waste of time. I would never call them again for any work on my properties.

I hired this company to install a high-efficiency tankless water heater. I was considering various options and he recommended this one for my needs. Right after he installed it there was a problem getting hot water and he came over very promptly when I called him. He tweaked something and I haven't had any problems since. I am very happy with the performance of the water heater and always have hot water. I'm also confident that he would come over to service it if I ever had problems with it.
