So when the water startled bubbling up from under our floorboards near the washing machine, I was pretty sure we were in for a long, painful, expensive repair process. Fortunately, a friend recommended ABC and Vlad managed to find time for us the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a cracked drain hose), ordered the part and was back three days later to repair. It was fast, thorough and economical. Seriously could not be happier.
Vlad is very friendly and professional and doesn't make you feel like an fool about a machine you may not understand. He'll show you how everything works, explains what he's doing and he really went that extra mile to make sure that the problem was fixed and that any other potential problem areas were looked after. He even took a video of the insides of our washer so that we could see exactly what had been fixed. He also gave us some very helpful tips on how to maintain our washer. I almost can't wait for a friend to have some kind of appliance problem so that I can recommend Vlad and his company.
