My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this company. After having a nightmare experience with another contractor the team at Island Builders came in and saved the day. They performed a complete home renovation inside and out on our home and absolutely blew us away with the level of quality, workmanship, professionalism and fair costing. My wife and I are both doctors so our busy schedules didn't give us as much time to work directly on the renovation. The entire team was always two steps ahead of us and had great ideas as the work proceeded. Their management of the job was so good we could have left town and just let them take care of everything. They constantly kept us up to date on the entire process. The owner Dave was such an honest and great guy to work with. Everyone on his team involved in our renovation where such professionals! Randall their architect is a wealth of knowledge and was a pleasure to work with.Vince the project manager and the site foreman Alex went out of their way to accommodate all our wishes. The carpenters all were highly skilled and such nice guys. The site was always so clean and organized. They set up a full sanitary station and had everyone who showed up on site sign in. They really made sure that all the covid health regulations were followed. We appreciated that! They came in under budget and finished a full 6 weeks ahead of schedule on a extremely challenging 5,000sq ft complete renovation with a 1400 sq.ft two storey addition. We are just elated with our newly renovated home. It feels like a brand new home.Thank you so much for a beautiful job! We give our highest recommendation 11 out 10
