Our family has found Raphie, Dominic and their crew to be professional, friendly, courteous and timely. The Flow Tech system has worked as advertised.
We noticed a significant decrease in the existing scale build up. Our shower pressure has become stronger, and our laundry tap flow is stronger as well. Not to mention Raphie did a wonderful job in connecting the water flow to our backyard. We have always found Preferred Plumbing to be excellent to work with, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.
